Lailatul Husna earned her bachelor’s degree in Public Health at Universitas Indonesia and is currently pursuing a master’s degree specializing in Health Service Quality, also at Universitas Indonesia. Her professional interests include research, management, education and training, and health policy, all as part of her commitment to enhancing health service quality. Previously, she gained experience in health insurance and served as an Assistant Research Manager in the Medical Research Unit at the Faculty of Medicine, Universitas Indonesia. Currently, Husna is a Junior Researcher and Data Management Specialist at the Center for Health Administration and Policy Studies (CHAMP ) at the Faculty of Public Health, Universitas Indonesia. In this role, she contributes to a variety of research projects, hospital strategic planning, feasibility studies, administrative functions, and customer satisfaction surveys. Additionally, she has acted as the Field Coordinator for operational research on Enabler Funds for MDR TB patients in Jakarta, overseeing in-depth interviews with key stakeholders and supervising enumerators. She is also part of the evaluation team for health sector training programs. Husna is known for her strong initiative, adaptability in managing diverse job responsibilities, and efficient time management skills.
